How to pay by check?
Payment by check is a processing service that allows customers to pay for Perfumes over the Internet using a check without the need to actually mail a check. To pay by check please follow the steps below:
1. Open your checkbook.
2. Pull out the next valid check.
3. Copy all relevant information from that check to the last checkout form.
4. Press the "Complete Purchase" button on the last checkout form and wait for the confirmation screen.

5. Write void on your check and keep it with your printed receipt.

Make sure to record an entry in your check register for the total amount spent and the check number. You will see this transaction in your monthly bank statement soon.

What is your Chargeback policy?
We will not tolerate credit card charge backs or any customer who is attempting or threatening to do so. Such Customers will be immediately banned from making any future purchases on our website. In addition, their credit card information will be reported and added to blacklists among processors. If there is a payment problem we will always seek out a solution resulting in either a refund or a reship - in line with our structured reship and refund procedure.

Does ShoppingKings guarantee that no duty tax will be paid worldwide?
No. It is the customer's responsibility to verify and abide by all applicable laws concerning the delivery or taxation to their region. Some countries may occasionally change international postal regulations and standards.

What should I do if I have to pay duty tax in order to receive my order?
In such a rare situation (highly unlikely in the U.S.) you can either:

· Pay the duty tax and collect your parcel. The total amount of your order will still be much lower than the regular retail price. Compensation may be in order on exceptional duty tax charges.

· Reject the parcel. Upon receiving your parcel in our warehouse you will be refunded for the rejected order minus shipping fees.

· PLEASE NOTE: Returned orders will be charged the costs of shipping and handling. ($6.00 per item).

How will I know that my order has arrived?
There are two options depending on your local post office service. Parcels will either be delivered directly to your address, or you will be notified by your local post office when your parcel has arrived. You may collect your parcel from your local post office with no additional charges.

Is there any possibility that items may be damaged during the shipping process?
ShoppingKings has taken all the necessary precautions in order to ensure that products will reach you in optimal condition. Each product is wrapped with a custom made hard cardboard box and is sealed in a specially designed plastic shrink cover. In case you received a damaged item/s, please attach a clear picture of the item/s and send it to support@ShoppingKings.com. We will attempt to resend it or provide an alternative solution.
